I aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days of receiving payment. If there are any issues or faults with an item that I'm aware of before dispatch, I will contact you straight away.
I always try to keep postage costs as low as possible while ensuring your item is packaged securely. Postage costs include quality packaging materials such as boxes, bubble wrap, and protective wrapping to help your order arrive safely.

If There's a Problem

If an item arrives damaged and a refund or replacement is required, I will need the following:
- A photo of the outside of the parcel.
- A photo of the internal packaging.
- A clear photo of the damaged item.
These photos are required so I can make a claim with the delivery company. Unfortunately, without them I may be unable to process a claim.
